Using Places
In this tutorial we will look at ways to create custom objects in your map session such as text annotations, lines and polygons, plotted coordinates, saved measurements and other information associated with many of the layers in GeoResGlobe.
We will also talk about the concept of Places and how to copy a feature from existing data into Places as a way to store locations and choose custom symbology to highlight particular features on the map.
Finally, it will help give an understanding of how to preserve information stored in Places by logging in to access the saving and sharing of your map.
